Snapshot to Competition Quality
I thought that a Tutorial shown by our friend Ken Payne is worth showing because it demonstrates many techniques in Photoshop Elements that you may not have seen before. These, as you will see, will be very handy when dealing with certain types of image.
In his video tutorial he uses his ideas on a portrait but many of the tricks can be used in lots of other photos.

This tutorial goes over using the Refine Edge control. This is a very powerful and sophisticated tool that is well worth learning how to use it.
I urge you see the video because I am leaving it up to Ken to explain. He is much better than I am a t doing this.
