Exbury Gardens

30th April 2003
On a blustery but sunny day 7 members went round Exbury at the optimum time for the Azaleas as you can see from the photographs.  But spring was bursting forth in other places too.  Like the ferns unrolling and new leaves and pieris flowers.  The trains came out to play aw well.  We must have walked about 3 miles to see all these wonders of nature.  A trip worth making.  Also see their web site on www.exbury.co.uk for more information on opening times and costs.
