| On 28th March 2003 25 members of the Bath U3A came
on a visit to Salisbury on the invitation of Spire U3A. They spent
the morning being given a tour of the City by Hugh Thomas. Hugh is
a Blue Badge Guide for Salisbury and a member of Salisbury U3A.
In the afternoon they were able to spend time exploring the Close and later
were entertained by Spire U3A members to an afternoon tea in the Harnham
Memorial hall (the nirmal coffe morning meeting place). Below we
